To qualify for a refund you must:
- Be the registered purchaser
- Fail the corresponding exam twice (no time limit )

to claim this guarantee and provide your proof of purchase along with copies of failing exam notices for both failed attempts
- Return the corresponding software
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any packages sent without a RMA # will not be accepted. It is recommended that returns be sent to Financial Prep via UPS or Federal Express.
This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Financial Prep. Shipping is non-refundable.
Returns of this type must be received by Financial Prep or postmarked no later than 30 days after receiving second failed notice from official test vendor.
Any non-failing returns accepted by Financial Prep will carry a 25% restocking fee.
